The perfect item when you might need customer support and don't trust yourself
This was a item I didn't know how to work with. The Sim card just wasn't reading or working. I never tried to install a sim card and this company, the Customer Service shipped me another right away. They installed both cards for my ease. All I needed to do is scan the product code and turn the item on. After entering my info, the camera verified everything was working. I was up and running and the camera was sending me notifications something was moving. Just what I was looking for. A big thank you to Katee at Wellnk-iot. I couldn't do it without you.

Great camera and best customer service
I love the price and features and when I first bought this camera for use in my stall to spy on my horses, I was skeptical using cellular service even though we have terrific service in our area but no WiFi this far from the house. It worked perfectly, and has short time outs to recharge sometimes. I was worried about no customer service but I was wrong. When they upgraded the app, it went offline. I sent a message to the company and they chatted with me, stayed in contact, shared my concerns and we tried everything. I finally attempted to “restart” it yet again and realized that I was not holding the button down long enough. It says “camera reset”! Viola it worked and I told the company, who almost sent me a new camera, that I was so impressed that I’ll never buy from another company
